Dr. Jose “Tony” Carugno is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology with fellowship training in Advanced Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery, Laparoscopy, Robotic Surgery, and Pelvic Pain.
Dr. Carugno completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Staten Island University Hospital. He completed his fellowship training in Advanced Gynecologic Surgery at Florida Hospital in Orlando, Florida. He then joined the faculty of the Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Sciences Department at the University of Miami in Miami, Florida, where he currently functions as the Director of the Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery Division.
